A 27-year-old man is fighting for his life after being hit by a pickup truck in north Oshawa early Saturday.
Durham Regional Police say officers responded to Simcoe St. N., north of Howden Rd., for a pedestrian that was struck by a vehicle just after 1:30 a.m.
The driver of the pickup truck remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators, police said.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call police at at 1-888-579-1520, ext. 5262, or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
