Toronto Police say U of T Campus Safety received reports of voyeurism in the area of Spadina Ave. and Willcocks St. between July and October 2023.

Police took over the investigation.
Cops allege that in each incident a man loitered inside women’s washrooms and gender-neutral showers. In some incidents, he allegedly placed a cellphone underneath the stalls and recorded video of people who ranged in age from 14 to 21.
Investigators subsequently identified a suspect and arrested him on Thursday.
Dang Pham, 28, is charged with five counts of voyeurism and six counts of mischief.
Investigators are concerned about the possibility of other alleged victims, so they have released images of the accused.
