Man, 46, accused of sex assault at downtown bar

A 46-year-old man has been arrested for an alleged sexual assault at a downtown bar earlier this month.

Toronto Police say the victim was at a bar near King St. W. and Bathurst St. when the sexual assault allegedly occurred around 12:20 a.m. on March 2.

The man then fled the area.

A week after releasing security camera images of a suspect, police say a man has been arrested.

David Oscar Roberts, of Toronto, has been charged with committing an indecent act and sexual assault.

Police are concerned about the possibility of other alleged victims.
