A man was rushed to hospital after being shot in Rexdale on Friday.
In a social media update, Toronto Police say the victim was found inside a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound.

Police say the shooting occurred in the area of Islington and Bergamot Aves. – north of Rexdale Blvd. – shortly after 3:30 p.m.
The victim was transported to hospital via an emergency run with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
There is no suspect information at this time, cops added.
