Police have arrested and charged a man accused of multiple sexual assaults in and around the Fort York area.

Toronto Police said the first reported incident was on June 27 at about 7:10 p.m., when they responded to a sexual assault call in the Queens Quay-Dan Leckie Way area.
Police said a man approached the victim in the Toronto Music Garden and asked her to take his picture. He then told the victim he was a palm reader and could read her fortune before leading her to an isolated area and allegedly sexually assaulting her.
The second reported incident was on July 31 at about 8:30 p.m. in the Lake Shore Blvd. W.-Fort York Blvd. area, where a man approached the victim in Coronation Park.
Police said the victim was again asked to take the man’s picture before being told he was a palm reader who could tell her fortune. The victim was also taken to an isolated area and sexually assaulted.

Police said a third incident was also reported after a man approached a victim July 11 at about 4:15 p.m. in the Queens Quay W.-Reese St. area.
The victim was also asked to take the man’s picture and then told he could read her fortune as a palm reader before being taken to an isolated area and sexually assaulted.
Faisal Muhammed, 50, of no fixed address, was arrested Wednesday and charged with three counts of sexual assault.
Investigators believe there may be more victims and asked anyone with information to call police at 416-808-7474 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-8477 or 222tips.com.
