Man sought for assault in North York
The attacker ran off when the victim screamed for help

An unidentified man is sought for an assault in North York last week.
Toronto Police say the victim was walking in the area of Bartley and O’Connor Drs. – near Victoria Park Ave. and Eglinton Ave. E. – when the attack occurred around 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
“A man approached the victim from behind and assaulted the victim,” Const. Sinderela Chung said. “The man fled when the victim shouted for help.”
She said the victim – whose age and gender were not released – suffered “minor injuries.”
The assailant is described as a Black man between 20 and 30 years old, about 5-foot-11, and he was wearing a black trench coat.
