Man stabbed in west-end apartment building

A man is in hospital after a stabbing early Friday in the city’s west end.

Toronto Police were called to an apartment building in The East Mall and Rathburn Rd. area around 6:20 a.m.

A man in his 30s was located with stab wounds and taken to hospital via trauma run. Police updated his status to stable.

Cops said a 37-year-old man has been arrested. The relationship between the accused and the victim was not specified.
