They brought photos of her wedding day and filled the courtroom benches, shaking their heads as the psychiatrist diagnosed Rohinie Bisesar with severe schizophrenia and absolving her of any responsibility for what she did.
Junor’s mother Rosalind was marking her birthday that day with hopes of forgiving Bisesar and getting on with rebuilding her shattered family.

“I was willing to forgive her from the bottom of my heart,” she told reporters. “I was going to go down on my knees and say I forgive you…but it wasn’t there…”
“You did it. Accept it. And then you know what I’d say? ‘I forgive you.'”
They believe the NCR defence is too easily used to escape punishment.
