Last Thursday, Garth Morris, 58, of Markham, was charged with invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age, sexual interference with a person under 16 years of age, sexual assault, and sexual exploitation.

Morris worked as a sports coach for various youth basketball, tennis and volleyball teams in Markham and investigators believe there may be additional alleged victims and have released his image.

There is no statute of limitations for sexual offences and offenders can be prosecuted well after the date of the offence.
