Toronto Police said that Shawn Walters, 39, of no fixed address, was the victim of a homicide.

Officers were called around 1 a.m. last Monday to the Roycroft Motel, at 3137 Kingston Rd., near McCowan Rd.
Officers found a man with gunshot wounds and he was rushed to hospital.
No suspect information has been released.
Police urged anyone with information to call 416-808-7400.
