Police say four unknown people rolled up to the Sept. 26 memorial service for Ranger in a blue Kia Soul, where three gunmen opened fire into the crowd before returning to the car and fleeing.
Officers at the scene spotted a separate male tossing a loaded .45 calibre handgun under a car before fleeing on foot.

Police gave chase but the man managed to escape.
He’s described as a tall and thin black male, and police say should be considered armed and dangerous.
