York Regional Police say the initial complaint, reported on Oct. 23, was filed by a former client who alleged they were sexually assaulted during a physiotherapy appointment at a clinic near Yonge and Centre Sts. — north of Major Mackenzie Dr.
After notifying the public and releasing an image of the accused on Oct. 30, other victims came forward alleging they were sexually assaulted by the physiotherapist “under similar circumstances,” Sgt. Clint Whitney said in a statement released Wednesday.
