Suspect vehicle sought in Brampton shooting

Investigators have released images of a suspect vehicle sought in connection with a shooting last month in Brampton.

Peel Regional Police say the shooter, or shooters, attended a residence in the area of Bovaird Dr. E. and Sunforest Dr. – east of Hurontario St. – just after 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 10, 2024.

A firearm was “discharged” into a residence, then the vehicle fled south on Sunforest Dr.

Nobody was injured by the gunfire.

Police are looking for a suspect vehicle described as a dark-coloured sedan that was last seen heading east on Bovaird Dr. E. from Sunforest Dr.

Anyone with information about this incident, or who was in the area during the incident and has dashcam video, is urged to call investigators at 905-453-2121, ext. 2233, or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222 tips (8477).
