Girlfriend of Raptors top pick steals the show at NBA Draft

South Carolina’s Collin Murray-Boyles may have made headlines after appearing to drop an F-bomb when the Toronto Raptors selected him as their ninth-overall pick, but it was his girlfriend who stole the show at the NBA Draft.

Chloe Kitts is a basketball star in her own right at USC, and she helped the Gamecocks win the NCAA championship in 2023.

But when NBA commissioner Adam Silver announced Murray-Boyles’s name for Toronto, it was Kitts who became an instant sensation online for those not yet aware of her, Dan Bilicki reported.

But there are more than 255,000 who already know her, based on her Instagram following — which is about 10 times more than her boyfriend boasts. For now.

Former Blue Jays pitcher makes stunning name change request

A former Toronto Blue Jays reliever has just signed with the New York Mets — but as part of the Queens bullpen, he wants to be known as something else, Bilicki reported.
