Toronto cops ID suspect in sex assault probe, seek two others for break and enter
The incident happened on Feb. 11 in the Dufferin St. and St. Clair Ave. area

Toronto Police have identified a suspect in a break and enter earlier this year that ended with an alleged sexual assault.
On Feb. 11, police say three men entered a residence in the Dufferin St. and St. Clair Ave. area. In surveillance video released by police, the men can be seen on a staircase, knocking on a door.

Police say the men left the residence shortly after entering, but one of them “returned alone a few minutes later, and entered the victim’s residence again. He sexually assaulted the victim and fled the area.”
That suspect has now been identified as Luis Alfonso Baltazar Perez, 48, of no fixed address. He is wanted for break and enter dwelling-house with intent, break enter and commit, and sexual assault.

Cops are still looking to identify the other two suspects.
Suspect No. 1 is described as having dark facial hair in a goatee style. He was wearing a grey jacket with white inside, black collared shirt, a grey NY hat with blue jeans, and white shoes with dark laces.
Suspect No. 3, the third man on the stairs, is described as having dark facial hair and wearing a grey Blue Jays hat, ripped blue jean jacket with a grey coloured back, grey shirt, black pants, black shoes. He was carrying a dark side bag
