Toronto Police are asking for help in identifying a suspect in an assault causing bodily harm investigation.

Police said that on Aug. 7 at 8:20 p.m., the victim and the suspect were travelling westbound on Queen St. on a streetcar near Jones Ave.

Toronto Police are asking for help in identifying a suspect in an assault causing bodily harm investigation.They got into an altercation and the suspect then allegedly pulled the victim off the streetcar and assaulted them

The victim was taken to a hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries

The suspect is a 5-foot-10 male who was wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts and a black and gold Toronto Raptors hat. He was carrying a red “Husky” tool bag and walking with a black and white dog.

ATTEMPTED CARJACKING IN CALEDON FOILED

Police are seeking help from the public after a cruiser and two other vehicles were struck during an attempted carjacking in Caledon.

The OPP’s Caledon detachment said officers responded to reports of a theft in progress on Aug. 19 at 6 a.m. in the Foxchase Dr. area, where two people were seen “actively” trying to steal a vehicle.

Two suspects fled in a black 2022 Dodge Durango before driving through the front lawn of the neighbouring home and hitting a police cruiser and two other vehicles.
