Toronto man accused of uttering hate-motivated threats on board TTC bus

Toronto Police have charged a 43-year-old man with allegedly uttering hate-motivated threats on a TTC bus.
On April 28, 2024, cops responded to a radio call in the Dufferin St. and Lawrence Ave. West area after it’s alleged the accused began yelling anti-Black slurs at the victim on a TTC bus and threatening to harm them.

On April 3, 2025, Charlie Minh Van Le of Toronto was arrested and charged with uttering threats.
