Officers responded to a call about gunfire being heard on April 21 at about 1:06 p.m. in the Front St. W.-Spadina Ave. area, Toronto Police said in a news release. The suspect was with a group of men who were involved in an altercation that led to a shooting, police said.
Andrew Douglas, 30, of Toronto, is wanted for unauthorized possession of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order and two counts of failing to comply with a release order. Anyone assisting him could face criminal charges, cops said.
