The hunt is on for three people after a house was shot up in Nobleton — northwest of Vaughan — early Monday.
York Regional Police say officers responded to a call for “shots fired” at a home in the area of Paradise Valley Tr. and Anderson Cove Tr., a residential neighbourhood northeast of King Rd. and Hwy. 27, just after 3:30 a.m.
“When officers arrived, multiple shell casings were found in front of the residence,” Const. Kevin Nebrija said in a statement released Wednesday.
He said the house was occupied at the time of the shooting but nobody was injured by the gunfire.

“Investigators believe the incident is targeted,” Nebrija said.
Police have released video of the shooting that shows two people exiting a vehicle on the street, then pulling out handguns moments later and opening fire on a house.
The vehicle is described as a black SUV with tinted windows, silver rims and silver trim.
Both shooters were wearing hooded jackets or sweaters with their hoods pulled up. One gunman had reflective material on their pants and was wearing dark shoes.

A third accomplice is believed to have been driving the vehicle.
Anyone with information regarding this shooting, the suspects or suspect vehicle is urged to call police at 1-866-876-5423, ext. 7141, or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
