There’s no apparent reason for the trio of mansions all being available at the same time, but COVID-19 hasn’t made a dent in the local high-dollar real-estate market.
If anything, Canada is seen as a safe haven right now and the Bridle Path has previously been home to such music royalty as Prince, when The Purple One was married to Toronto’s Manuela Testolini, while Mick Jagger rented Shark Tank’s Robert Herjavec’s home in the area when he was on tour in Canada.

Another of Drake’s famous neighbours includes Gordon Lightfoot, who still lives across the street.
According to realtor.ca (all photos from realtor.ca):
– 15 Park Lane Circle is a Tudor-style home on a two-acre lot with a 7,000 square-foot interior that includes a movie theatre and tennis court.
– 42 Park Lane Circle has 19,000 square feet of interior space that includes a ballroom, a gym, a billiard room, and a wine cellar.
– 45 Park Lane Circle shows only two exterior photos but is described as a “premium lot on the best street in this cachet area.”
Drizzy has proudly shown off his Bridle Path abode on both social media and in videos and the 50,000 square feet of space includes an indoor basketball court, a 210-foot-long outdoor pool and incredibly tall fences, the latter presumably to block the prying eyes of any nosy neighbours or curious fans.
Drake is said to have paid around $6.7 million for his land alone.
