Windsor police investigating stolen truck packed with $100K worth of liquor

Windsor police are investigating after a truckload packed with $100,000 worth of liquor was stolen from a facility in Windsor.

Police said the suspects broke into a fenced-in facility located in the 3300 block of Devon Drive shortly before 9 p.m. on May 17, 2025.

A semi-tractor trailer loaded with more than 1,000 boxes of Crown Royal whiskey products was stolen from the site, said police.

The trailer was recovered the following day abandoned in the 4000 block of County Road 46.

However, the shipment of Crown Royal whiskey had been removed.

As of 9:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, police said the stolen liquor remains unaccounted for.
