Toronto Police have now released images of a woman believed to be responsible for three of the holdups and a man, suspected of being involved in the fourth and final incident, hoping the public can help identify the pair.
The first robbery occurred in the area of Pharmacy Ave. and St. Clair Ave. E. around 1:15 a.m. on Aug. 14, 2024.
“A lone female suspect entered a store wearing a mask to disguise her identity,” Hold Up Squad Insp. Joseph Matys said in a statement released Wednesday. “She produced a knife and made demands for cash and vape products.”
He said the woman grabbed “a quantity of cash and vape products,” then took off.
