Woman injured after being struck by GO train

A woman is in hospital after being hit by a GO Train Tuesday morning.

Toronto Police say they were called at 8:17 a.m. to the Long Branch GO Station for reports that a train had struck a person.

A woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Police are investigating the incident.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
