A 43-year-old woman wanted for a stabbing in Parking over the Christmas holidays now faces a slew of charges.
Toronto Police say officers responded to the stabbing in the area of Queen St. W. and Beaty Ave. — west of Lansdowne Ave. — just after 3:30 a.m. on Dec. 27.

It is alleged that a woman broke into a residential apartment armed with a weapon and “stabbed the victim multiple times,” Const. Laura Brabant said in a statement Wednesday.
She said the victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The assailant took off on foot in an unknown direction.

Investigators identified a suspect later that day and appealed for help from the public in tracking her down.
Meagan Coote, of Toronto, was arrested on Tuesday.
She’s charged with aggravated assault, three counts of assault with a weapon, three counts of break-and-enter commit, six counts of disobeying a lawful order of court, attempting to commit indictable offence, uttering threats/property damage, mischief under $5,000, and attempted break-and-enter/dwelling house.
Coote was expected to appear in court for a bail hearing on Wednesday.
