This is the second year in a row that Project Dusk has been implemented to coincide with the fall to winter season when daylight hours are reduced.

The estimate value of property stolen is more than $2 million dollars and a warrant had been issued for one additional suspect who has fled Canada.

Investigators have linked recovered property to multiple break-and-enters and many items have already been returned to their owners.

Unfortunately, not all of the property has been claimed and officers continue to look for the rightful owners in order to return their items.

Three Dropbox albums have been set up with hundreds of photos of recovered items.

Anyone who was a victim of a residential break-and-enter between September 2024 and January 2025 is asked to review the photos and contact police if any of the items are yours.

There will be a process to verify ownership before collecting any property.

The investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Integrated Property Crime Task Force at 1-866-876-5423, ext.7232, or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
