Striding into Ottawa’s Diefenbaker building Wednesday for the provincial and territorial premier’s meeting with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Ontario Premier Doug Ford was sporting a blue ball cap with “Canada is not for sale” emblazoned on it.
“You don’t see me into hat too much, but this is about every day Canadians standing up for their country,” Ford joked with reporters, saying the hat was sent to him by a local Ottawa entrepreneur.
“This is an example of how we need to unite, and we cannot let President Trump divide us.”
