“After almost two decades later since my first visit, the raw beauty of Tofino still takes my breath away.”
She added: “Just a couple of days spent as a family surfing the waves, biking, hiking, fishing, sunset gazing or bathing in sustainably harvested seaweed within Canada’s first recognized Tribal Park (thanks to Moon Jelly Bathhouse) it was a pure blessing!”
One photo showed her bathing outdoors in a tub at Moon Jelly Bathhouse, which is a floating spa on Vancouver Island’s Clayoquot Sound.

The spa is a “rustic, self-led, six-hour day-trip spa experience” that’s a 15-minute boat ride from Tofino, according to the company’s Instragram page.
Sophie ended her post, writing: “Back to school and work is around the corner but let’s stretch it out as much as possible! Happy end of summer everyone.”
She and the prime minister announced their separation after 18 years of marriage earlier this month.
The couple share two sons, Xavier, 15, and Hadrien, 9, and a daughter, 14-year-old Ella-Grace.
The family had been vacationing in Tofino for just over a week, with the Prime Minister’s Office saying they were set to return to Ottawa on Aug. 18.
The PMO said it had consulted with the ethics commissioner about the trip and that the Trudeaus were paying for their own stay, without specifying where they were staying.
Tofino is a popular vacation destination for the family, though the prime minister had faced backlash in September 2021 after he flew to the surfing town on the inaugural National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
