Texas man wearing pacifier asked girls for 'diaper change': Cops

Weirdo Wesley Worl is in a league all his own.
The 45-year-old Texas man is facing criminal charges after police say he confronted two young girls in a Tyler, Texas, school parking lot. Worl was attired in a diaper and armed with a pacifier around his neck.
He allegedly shouted at the terrified girls: “Goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change.”
Worl is charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and criminal trespass after police said he went up to the kids as they were riding bikes and scooters in the area. He was later arrested at his workplace after being identified by the girls.

KLTV obtained Worl’s arrest affidavit. In it, the girls said they quickly rode to a home and alerted two people about what happened. They were “visibly shaking” and “truly petrified,” according to the affidavit.
They said Worl asked them before they fled, “Will you change my diaper for me?”
As they tried to flee, the girls stumbled and skinned their knees, cops said. They both claimed a “scary man” was chasing them, according to the affidavit.
Worl has been a frequent flyer in the criminal milieu since 1999. He has arrests for stalking and inappropriately looking at children. In one incident, he was nabbed with his hand in his shorts.
He told cops he was checking his diaper.
Meanwhile, a Florida wedding DJ has been busted for indecent exposure. And the case is a dandy.

Anthony Smith, 32, was arrested while walking around a Florida park last Thursday afternoon. He was wearing: Women’s lingerie, the bottoms of which “were of the thong variety” and left his genitals “fully exposed,” fake breasts, a black wig, a black mask and a penis ring “used for arousal purposes as well as to maintain erections.”
In addition, Smith sported a black fox tail that cops say was “protruding from his posterior.” The tail was attached to a rectal plug inserted in his anus.
The wily weirdo allegedly tried to evade cops who discovered him at the Indian Riverside Park in Jensen Beach. He was eventually nabbed near the Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast.
A mortified parent picking up their kids called 911 to report “a suspicious individual with his sexual organs exposed.”
Smith allegedly told cops that he “suffers from some sort of sexual addiction,” and that engaging in lewd behaviour “arouses him.” He added that “this was not the first time he had a run-in with law enforcement for this same kind of behaviour.”
According to The Smoking Gun, the Florida man was convicted in 2017 of indecent exposure and resisting arrest after he was spotted naked and pleasuring himself in public.
He allegedly told cops after that arrest: “(He) does this because pornographic materials do not satisfy his sexual desires and he does not want to violate his morals by having sexual relations before marriage, or by using a female solely for sexual purposes.”
He was sentenced to six months in jail in the 2017 case.
Smith is now charged with exposure of sexual organs and resisting arrest. He is slated to appear in court on Wednesday.
