The raunchy Republican was allegedly over-served at the New York Young Republicans event in December. CNN reported that Boebert also hounded former president Donald Trump for so many selfies, his security team stepped in to stop it.

Numerous sources told CNN that bartenders — held at the Big Apple’s Cipriani ballroom — allegedly told Boebert they wouldn’t bring her any more booze. Insiders told the tabloid that while Boebert was not cut off, she was bothering Trump.
“She came over between Gavin Wax and President Trump and tried to take a selfies with the two of them. After taking a few and being unhappy with how they looked, she tried to take more selfies, but she was pushed away by President Trump who said, ‘That’s enough,’” one witness told the Post.

The fun-loving GOP firebrand sat at the main table with stalwarts like Steve Bannon, Florida GOP Rep. Corey Mills, club president Gavin Wax and Trump, among others.

Wax said in a statement: “Everyone knows the New York Young Republican Club throws the best galas.
“If you’re asking if Congresswoman Boebert had a good time at one of our galas, the answer is, ‘I hope so.’”
Sources told the Post that the Colorado politician kept partying until the early morning hours, spending much of it with disgraced former GOP Rep. George Santos whose political career imploded in the wake of a series of lies.

After the gala, Boebert then joined Santos and pal, Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Florida), at the Beach Cafe on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

MAGA loyalist Boebert has had a knack for controversy, and it comes at a time when she is in the fight of her political life.
Last September, Boebert was asked to leave a production of Beetlejuice at Denver’s Buell Theatre. Boebert and her then boyfriend, Democratic bar owner, Quinn Gallagher, were caught apparently groping each other during the all-ages show.

In addition, her divorce has been highly contentious, and her 18-year-old son Tyler was arrested last month for a mini-crime spree that included stealing money from a patient awaiting brain surgery. He is also accused of making a sex tape with an underage co-conspirator.
Boebert has also struggled with health issues. She has been diagnosed with May-Thurner syndrome, an uncommon vascular condition, after having a blood clot removed from her leg.

Her surgery was a success, and she is said to be making a full recovery.
In spite of the controversies, Boebert has no shortage of fans in the Republican Party.
“She’s fun at a party. She’s been really cool. And she’s probably made more jokes about her own stupidity in that movie theater than I’ve heard elsewhere,” one GOP lawmaker told CNN.
“I was critical of her at first, but now I am quite comfortable around her. To me, Lauren has gotten to be better.”
