Sheriff’s Deputy Carle Miranda Blum took a rough patch with her 17-year-old girlfriend hard.
According to cops, when the girl tried to call it quits, in a series of texts, Blum, 51, allegedly violently threatened her teen paramour. In one text, she wrote: “Leave me and see what happens.”

Another read, “I will f***ing drive my favourite knife thru your throat and watch you [die] slowly. I swear on my [grandparents].”
The Miami-Dade deputy was arrested last week and charged with two counts of child exploitation. She was charged with receipt of visual depictions involving the sexual exploitation of minors and production of visual depictions involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
The kinky cop was also accused of exchanging sexually graphic videos with the teen girl. Investigators say Blum was engaged in a sexual relationship with the underage girl.
Blum was accused of recording herself engaging in raunchy antics with the troubled teen and travelling across state lines for trysts.
WPLG reported that the sheriff’s office received a tip about Blum’s hijinks on July 14. When the teenager tried to board a flight to Miami, the day after her 18th birthday, cops held her before she boarded the plane. Blum picked up the girl’s bags in Miami.
One witness reportedly told detectives that the girl’s mental health “had significantly deteriorated” during the year she was involved with the burly Blum. On the teen’s cellphone, investigators found an endless array of sexually explicit videos showing Blum with the teen. In two of the videos, Blum is allegedly shown “violently choking” the girl.
Scrolling through text messages between the pair, cops concluded that the missives were “sexual in nature.” Blum even allegedly “continuously provided a ‘count down'” to the girl’s 18th birthday and promised to marry her, referring to the teen girl as her “wife.”
For her part, the girl sent Blum raunchy photos and videos. Cops say Blum’s text hovered around violent sex with one saying, “I really need to RAPE your a**.”
The girl was a resident of Atlanta, and that’s where Blum was arrested.
Miami-Dade Sheriff Rosie Cordero Stutz called the charges “very disturbing” and “a betrayal of the badge, the public trust, and the oath we swear to uphold.”
Cordero Stutz added: “The actions alleged stand in direct opposition to everything we represent as law enforcement officers and as human beings.”
