Now, she is living in terror in a Florida prison where two vicious Cuban gangbangers reportedly have targeted the disgraced socialite after she ratted them out for trying to extort her.
According to the Daily Mail, the two women have been tossed in solitary for 47 days at FCI Tallahassee for demanding items from Maxwell’s commissary order.
The pair have now been released back into general population and Maxwell, 61, is “freaking out,” the newspaper says.
The stiletto-thin publishing heiress was convicted of sex trafficking underage girls in December 2021. In June 2022, Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
According to the Mail, Maxwell — a former ‘it’ girl in London and New York — is also apparently refusing to use shower stalls. Shower areas are often the scene of jailhouse retribution.

Making matters worse for the former high flier is the fact the two lags hate her because they believe she’s a snob who looks down on them. She requires an escort to her library job.

“Las Cubanas have a reputation for being tough and mean inside jail and they don’t let anything slide. They are saying Maxwell needs to pay for the 47 [snitch code],” a source told the Mail. “Snitches get stitches, as the saying goes. They will beat her up the first chance they get.”
The Mail reported that Maxwell is now demanding a transfer to a different federal prison.
According to a Mail source, the Cubans began squeezing the former Epstein playmate after discovering she was trading commissary goods for extra fruits, vegetables and tofu. Maxwell is vegan.

“When the Cubans discovered what Max was doing, they demanded she spend her entire commissary limit of $360 on things for them otherwise they would report her,” the source told the Mail.
“They even wrote her a note which was a bad idea as Max took that to the lieutenant’s office as evidence of blackmail. They take that sort of thing very seriously as it’s considered to be threatening someone.
“The girls each spent 47 days in the SHU (special housing unit) and they are super angry about it.”
The source added: “The first rule of life inside is you never snitch. If you have a problem, you handle it with the other inmate, one on one, usually by fighting.
“So when the girls got out, Max was freaking out. She basically had a nervous breakdown over it. She even demanded a transfer,” the Mail’s source said.
“Max was given the option of self-segregating by going into protective custody. It’s the same as the SHU, the only difference is that it’s voluntary, so she wouldn’t accept that.
“One of the Cubans has a particular reputation for starting fights and intimidating other inmates. She gets out later this month so Max is praying the guards can keep her safe until then.”
Ghislaine Maxwell will be 75 years old by the time she’s released from prison.
