An Alabama high school lunch lady’s blue plate special allegedly included sex romps with a student.
Much-married Amy Nicole Wigginton, 41, has allegedly confessed to cops about the illicit trysts. She also has children, according to her Facebook page.
Wigginton, of Rogersville, Ala. told police she had sex with the male student on March 7 and 31. Times Daily listed her as working in the school’s child nutrition program.

While law enforcement did not specify the boy’s age, they said “he is under the age of 19.” Alabama’s age of consent is 16 but according to Alabama state law, as reported by People magazine, sexual abuse charges involving victims up to 18 can be filed if the accused is a school employee.
The lunch lady has been charged with two counts of a school employee engaging in a sex act with a student. She has been fired from her job in the cafeteria at Lauderdale County High School.
Wigginton is due back in court on June 23.

Meanwhile, an Illinois judge has torpedoed media efforts to take photos of a Downers Grove South High School teacher accused of sexually abusing and assaulting a student.
DuPage County Judge Mia McPherson gave a firm “no” to the Daily Mail’s request to have a photographer take pictures and videos of the court proceedings regarding Christina Formella. McPherson shot down the effort because the alleged victim is a juvenile.
Formella, 30, a special education teacher, is charged with two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and one count of criminal sexual assault against a minor, according to authorities.

The alleged victim is 15. Formella has claimed the teen “stalked her.”
She reportedly told police that “everybody comes after her because she is good-looking and she is just a good person who cared too much about (the victim).”
But cops say the caring went too far when the boy’s mom discovered text messages between her son and Formella. The missives allegedly detailed a torrid sexual relationship.
She has denied the claim and told investigators she never had sex with the boy.

“Throughout her interview, (Formella) tried to paint (the victim) as her ‘stalker’ and claimed that her husband was aware, but oddly enough, her husband told detectives that he knows nothing about (the victim) beyond his status as a soccer player, and he confirmed that he does not go through (Formella’s) phone,” prosecutors wrote in the filing.
In a “memoir,” Formella allegedly wrote that the teen “cheated on me” and snarled that he was “disgusting.”
She allegedly wrote: “We will never ever be together again. I’m not a second choice. I’m the best thing you’ll ever have, even with all of my mistakes.”

Elsewhere in Alabama, a middle school teacher is now facing charges after allegations emerged that she had been engaged in a sexual relationship with a former student who was 12 years old at the time.
According to the Opelika Police Department, a parent met with Opelika City Schools Supt. Dr. Farrell Seymore on April 14 to report concerns that their son had been sexually involved with a teacher.
The teacher was identified as Jill Campbell and the allegations involve when he was in Grades 7 and 8.
Campbell was arrested on April 25 on charges of second-degree rape and second-degree sodomy.
She was 37 when the alleged abuse began in 2015. The complaint claims she engaged in sexual intercourse and oral sex with the minor. They allegedly remained in contact until 2017.

Also, in Milwaukee, a high school teacher now faces four felony counts of sexual misconduct after allegedly engaging in inappropriate behaviour with multiple student athletes during the 2024-25 school year.
Erica Allemang-Reinke, 40, a teacher at Rufus King High School, was charged April 21 with sexually inappropriate conduct involving several male athletes between September 2024 and April 2025.
Allemang-Reinke allegedly requested students’ phone numbers, shared her location with them, sent late-night text messages about sexual dreams, made explicit comments, and engaged in unwanted touching.
She allegedly gifted the students clothes and sent hundreds of dollars via Cash App to multiple students.
After a heartbreaking loss at a sporting event, the teacher allegedly offered to perform oral sex on one victim.
