She is the latest addition to the rogue’s gallery — 500 strong — at the United States Bureau of Prisons Florida Panhandle outpost, FCI Tallahassee.

Maxwell, 60, was convicted last December of a slew of sex trafficking charges in connection with a sickening scheme authored by her longtime boyfriend, billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. He topped himself in his Manhattan jail cell in 2019.
Apparently he couldn’t do the time.
In 30 years of dealing with criminals, the one crime that goes beyond the beyonds even with most killers is harming a child. This is the new reality for the socialite turned sex trafficker.
As in male prisons, pedophiles and their enablers are the lowest of the low. Disdain, contempt and the calendar their daily companions.

“It won’t be easy for her,” one former convict familiar with the U.S. prison system told me. “Her money won’t do her any good unless she spreads it around. She will be a target, there’s no doubt.”
He added: “She will need protection inside. Someone will take her under their wing — and it will cost her.”
Maxwell — the daughter of disgraced publishing baron Robert Maxwell — was once the high society belle of the ball in New York, London and Palm Beach. She now faces a very different life.
She is now even box-office poison to her one-time coterie of billionaire boosters. No Prince Andrew. No Bill Gates. No. Body.

And unlike the luxe world she leaves behind where most children of wealth were born on third and think they hit a triple, as Molly Ivins once wrote, Maxwell will put her well-manicured hands to work at the bottom.

According to the Daily Mail, that means cleaning toilets for 15 cents an hour as her first job in jail.
And, the stilleto-thin socialite should probably stop complaining and give up hope that yet another wealthy man will ride to her rescue.
So dreamy. An undated photo shows Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. But prison consultants said the Sunshine State club fed (yoga? yes please!) will be like Disneyland compared to the harsh conditions at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Centre, the groomer’s home of two years.
Experts said she should ditch the “poor little rich girl” act. It won’t fly. Nor will the numerous cons who were the victims of sexual violence themselves have much time for the fallen high flier.
“There are some people who won’t appreciate you or even like you. You need to know how to have those conversations, know when to shut up,” Holli Coulman, co-founder of Pink Lady Prison Consultants, told the Mail.

The lawyers for Ghislaine Maxwell claim she is being treated worse than Hannibal Lecter.
“She must be humble. The key to surviving is minding your own business, keeping a low profile, but her personality is not that way.”
Another prison consultant, Justin Paperny, echoed the shut-up now sentiment.
“If she blames others for her situation then her 20 years will feel like a century,” Paperny said.
While the US BOP website says Maxwell will be eligible to walk into the Florida sunshine on July 17, 2037, here’s hoping that Paperny is right.
That this horrific human being who shattered lives across the planet resides in an endless, dull grey loop, each day exactly like the other, where there is not a speck of light at the end of the tunnel.
Only the pitch black that colours her spoiled, wicked heart.
