According to Jared Kushner, who served as a senior advisor to Trump during his term as president, there’s “zero” chance his daugheter Ivanka will dip her toes back into politics. Ivanka also served as a senior advisor during her father’s presidency.
In an interview with the New York Times, Kushner said Ivanka had made the decision to close that “chapter of her life” upon leaving Washington.
“And she’s been remarkably consistent,” said Kushner.
After leaving the White House in 2021, Ivanka has kept a low profile and lived life away from the political arena.
When Trump announced another bid for the presidential spot, Ivanka took to Instagram to say that while she loved her “father very much,” she said her family comes first.

“This time around I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family. I do not plan to be involved in politics,” she wrote.
In the New York Times interview, Kushner said there won’t be a “major shift in terms of what we prioritize,” noting that their lives “will just continue to move forward” while still “rooting for” Trump’s bid for another go at the White House this coming Tuesday.
Ivanka has been absent from her father’s current presidential bid, outside of an appearance at the Republican National Convention this past summer. Her half-siblings Tiffany and Barron have also kept their respective profiles low.
On the contrary, her brothers Eric and Donald Trump Jr. have publicly supported their father during this run, per New York Post.
