The podcaster and comedian is speculating that the Democratic Party will force Biden, 81, out and tap Newsom as the presidential nominee for November’s presidential election.
Hur’s report called Biden an elderly man who was absent-minded in interviews, but concluded evidence didn’t support charging the president due to his age and memory.
“Basically, you can’t prosecute this guy because he’s non compos mentis — of unsound mind — but you can let him run for the President of the United States in November … so that’s the world that we’ve managed to get into,” Williamson said.

Rogan asked if it was a ruse by the party to have Biden run for a second term before predicting that the president will be removed from the political campaign.
“I think they’re going to get rid of him,” Rogan said. “I think they’re going to move him out, they’re gonna force him to step down. That’s what I think.”
Rogan speculated that Newsom would replace Biden on the ticket.
“If I had to guess, and it’s just speculation, I’d say they’re setting up Gavin Newsom for it.”
In recent weeks, questions of Biden’s mental acuity have arisen following Hur’s report and gaffes during speeches where he mixed up the names of the presidents of Mexico and Egypt. He also confused the name of France’s current leader, Emmanuel Macron, with former French president Francois Mitterrand, who died in 1996.
