A Colorado lifestyle model whose adult clients pay to be treated like babies is alleging fake websites have used her images to scam others.
Kat Marie, the online persona created by the Denver woman, filed separate lawsuits last fall against two companies, claiming they misappropriated her photos on other websites to dupe unsuspecting people into paying for a service they never received.
“For years I’ve built a business on my likeness,” Kat Marie told the Denver Post. “And having it represented by a scam company is extremely damaging to what I do, because if I’m associated with this scam, people are going to take me less seriously.
“There’s been many instances where my images have been used by another person to scam people out of money and then it’s, ‘Well, Kat Marie is a scammer,’ when they’re not even talking to me at all.”

Kat Marie works as an adult baby caregiver for people who want to be treated as a child. She wraps her clients in baby blankets and can also change their diapers. She also satisfies other sexual fetishes, including kicking men in the genitals.
Besides in-person sessions, she also sells photos and engages in online conversations.
She said her troubles started last year when a website in the United Kingdom began using photos taken from her Instagram account for a fake adult baby fetish service. She alleged the scammers took money from unsuspecting people and didn’t provide a service, and the victims have come after her to repay them, thinking she was committing fraud.
She also said the victims threatened to expose her real identity if they didn’t get their money back.
So, Kat Marie decided to file the lawsuits under the name Jane Doe to protect her name, image and likeness.
She learned about the alleged scam after a man contacted her via social media to ask why she didn’t provide services after he spent thousands of dollars via CashApp.
