Teacher Hailey Nichelle Clifton-Carmack allegedly got a free pass for sex from her 16-year-old paramour’s papa.
The Missouri math teacher was arrested in Texas during the Christmas break and accused by cops of having an illicit sexual relationship with her student.

Bizarrely, the boy’s dad, Mark Creighton, has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child after detectives learned he knew about the relationship.
According to court documents, teacher and student allegedly hooked up for sex during the school day with other students operating as “lookouts” for the duo. But the alleged affair ended when a school resource officer dropped a dime.
One student showed photos of the boy with his back covered in scratches that allegedly came from Clifton-Carmack after a particularly high-octane encounter in the classmate’s driveway.
The 26-year-old teacher was recently divorced from her soldier husband and the pair have two young daughters.
Detectives spoke with the teacher on Dec. 8 and took her cellphone. However, they failed to discover any incriminating messages and she denied having sex with the boy.
Cops later found a trove of lurid text messages.
And the student who spilled the beans claimed the attractive Clifton-Carmack was “too friendly with students and sometimes will dress inappropriately at school.”
Court docs indicated that Clifton-Carmack would frequently wear “tight or low-cut shirts to show off her ‘headlights.” In addition, she often wore “tight leggings” that accentuated her body. Administrators believed she was “too close with students.”
She is now charged with sexual contact with a student, statutory rape in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, and child molestation/being more than four years older than a victim under the age of 17.
Mark Creighton was arrested in Missouri.
“(Mark) Creighton knew of the relationship of his minor child and the 26-year-old teacher and instead of reporting the information, he continued to cover for them and allowed the relationship to continue,” court documents said, adding that he “even allowed Hailey to come over to his residence and see the victim while he was present.”
“We have been made aware of criminal charges being filed against an employee for alleged misconduct,” Laquey R-5 School District Superintendent Kent Stoumbaugh said.
“We understand that charges are not the same as a conviction and the employee is to be considered innocent until proven guilty. We must stress, however, that the alleged misconduct is inexcusable and does not meet the professional standards for district employees.”
Stoumbaugh said the school board does “not anticipate her return.”
