In the first released clip, Roberts — who was just 15 when she was lured into Epstein’s twisted world — repeats her claims she had underage sex with the prince three times.
“It was a really scary time in my life,” she said in the released clip.
“He knows what happened, I know what happened. And there’s only one of us telling the truth.”
Er, uh, uhm. Prince Andrew gives an interview to the BBC on his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein.
The Panorama interview comes on the heels of Andrew’s disastrous interview with BBC Newsnight.
Following the interview, the prince’s standing went into freefall as he came off as arrogant, uncaring and obtuse.
The Roberts’ interview was recorded before the Andrew train wreck.
For decades, New York billionaire Epstein preyed on underage girls who he moved around to his various mansions to entertain with wealthy and powerful friends with sexual favours.

He allegedly hanged himself in his Manhattan jail cell in August as he faced a slew of sex trafficking charges.
Now, investigators are probing the fiendish financier’s coterie of enablers. Most prominently, socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s so-called “pimp”
Who? Me? From left, Prince Andrew, Virginia Roberts and socialite Ghislaine Maxwell. Maxwell believes the photo is doctored.
According to the U.K. Sun, Maxwell has told pals her “biggest mistake” was luring Roberts into Epstein’s sick orbit.
Maxwell and Roberts had duelled in court before when the publishing heiress reached an out-of-court settlement with the young woman over a defamation claim.

But the records were sealed and the leggy brunette hoped her jet-set connections would never see the light of day.
Maxwell was “undoubtedly the brains” behind Epstein’s sex schemes, former friend Laura Goldman told the U.K. Sun.
“Ghislaine was hysterical about the defamation suit Virginia Roberts launched. That suit made her nutso. She saw that as a threat to her whole network of famous friends,” Goldman told the tabloid.

“Ghislaine said her ‘biggest mistake’ was ever involving Virginia. Ghislaine doesn’t give a s*** about the girls like Virginia who suffered, she is more worried about exposing her network.”
She added: “After Jeffrey was arrested the first time back in 2008, I didn’t want anything more to do with either him or Ghislaine after that.”
Prince Andrew was not at any of the parties she attended, Goldman added, but her impressions of the prince were less than glittering.
“I think Prince Andrew is a dolt. He lives in a different world and may well have thought those girls were servants but obviously, they weren’t,” she said.
“He is part of a world of people who think they are entitled to get whatever they want. It’s a different reality to most people. They believe it’s all coming to them and the world owes it to them.”
