Now, his lawyers want the court to dismiss Giuffre’s lawsuit.
“(Giuffre) was involved in the willful recruitment and trafficking of young girls for sexual abuse,” a brief written by Andrew’s lawyers stated.
“She was like the head b****. She’d have like nine or 10 girls she used to bring to him. She never looked like she was being held captive,” a former Giuffre boyfriend named Philip Guderyon was quoted as saying in the court document.

Another woman named Crystal Figueroa, whose brother also dated Giuffre, claimed she was asked to help find underage girls for Epstein.

“She (Giuffre) would say to me, ‘Do you know any girls who are kind of slutty?’” lawyers alleged Figueroa said.
Giuffre has claimed she was lured into Epstein’s global sex-trafficking scheme in 2000 by the hedge fund manager’s pal Ghislaine Maxwell, who goes on trial Nov. 29 to face a slew of sex-trafficking charges.
The 38-year-old Giuffre has alleged the prince sexually assaulted her on three occasions with the encouragement of Epstein, who died in a New York jail cell in 2019.
Andrew’s lawyer’s characterized Giuffre’s allegations as fabrications in pursuit of a big payday.
At least one longtime observer of the Royal Family isn’t sure whether Andrew’s new, aggressive tactics will work or utterly backfire.

They describe Giuffre as a “money-hungry sex kitten” who only wants another easy payday.
Women’s organizations have slammed Andrew’s lawyers for “victim shaming” and claim it is just the latest example of the 61-year-old royal’s “appalling judgment.”
And even his supporters are concerned about his lack of remorse.
“For over a decade Giuffre has profited from her allegations against Epstein and others by selling stories and photographs to the press and entering into secret agreements to resolve her claims against her alleged abusers, including Epstein and his ex-girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell,” his lawyer Andrew Brettler said.
“Most people could only dream of obtaining the sums of money that Giuffre has secured for herself over the years. This presents a compelling motive for Giuffre to continue filing frivolous lawsuits against individuals such as Prince Andrew whose sullied reputation is only the latest collateral damage of the Epstein scandal.”
