You can have group sex with my wife — but wait until you turn 16.

Prosecutors are claiming that a man whose teacher wife was having group sex with boys as young as 13 while they wore masks from the horror movie Scream threatened the boys.

Brittany Fortinberry faces charges for allegedly sexually abusing at least 10 students while she taught at schools in Morgan County, Indiana.

Now, prosecutors say that her cuckolded hubby, Nicholas Fortinberry, warned the young participants to stop at least until they were 16 years old.

A court transcript revealed Nicholas was in the loop on his wife’s raunchy antics.

“If you don’t stop what you’re doing with my wife, then I’m going to kill you in front of your family,” an investigator said, quoting Nicholas. “He then went on to say that ‘do not continue to do what you’re doing with my wife until you turn 16.'”

Cops claim the threat was directed at a 13-year-old boy who was with another child at the Fortinberry home at the time.

Now, Nicholas is charged with intimidation and failure to report. He was released on a $600 bond.

Prosecutors have filed a motion adding 10 counts of child molestation, eight counts of dissemination of matter harmful to a minor, five counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of sexual misconduct with a minor to Brittany’s charges.

The teacher’s latest charges were tagged onto three counts of sexual misconduct, one count of dissemination of matter harmful to minors and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The additional complaints were filed after a Department of Child Services investigation prompted parents of more alleged victims to contact detectives.

WTHR reports that one of the boys — who was 13 at the time — accused Brittany Fortinberry of repeatedly drugging and having sex with him.

She allegedly would get the teen to bring his friends to her home where she gave them drugs and then had group sex with the boys after she put her kids to bed.

The most shocking accusation involved her allegedly reaching out to another boy after she had been arrested in a misconduct probe.

Brittany Fortinberry then allegedly spent $600 on the boys for various purchases. She made the teens wear the Scream masks and proceeded to have sex with the whole group. And if they ratted her out, she vowed to kill herself.

In addition, cops allege she also had sex with her children’s babysitter, who was one of the boys involved, and paid the boys between $100 and $800 for photos of their genitals. If the boys begged off the carnal capers, she would make them have sex, intoning “just let it happen.”

And it was a two-way street with the teacher sending them her raunchy photos and videos on Snapchat and later on another app called Session. Their parents were reportedly in the dark.

Prosecutors have filed to increase Brittany’s bond from $20,000 to $150,000.

“It’s not uncommon at all to see allegations of sexual abuse involving people in authority positions,” Kristina Korobov, senior attorney for the Zero Abuse Project, told WTHR. “There is nothing sexual about what happens to these kids. It is a violation and it’s an exploitation.”

She added that while exploitation cases are not uncommon, it is rare for cases with male victims to be reported.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan School District of Martinsville confirmed Brittany was hired as a substitute teacher on Oct. 24, 2023, before she resigned Jan. 9, 2024.

The school board said, “There were no identified reports of sexual misconduct to the administration or the anonymous tip line.”

Brittany Fortinberry has reportedly blamed a 150-pound weight loss for her insatiable sexual appetite.
