A former teacher whose career ended in disgrace after she was outed as an OnlyFans star claims she is now a “total outcast.”
Megan Gaither, 32, is warning other underpaid educators not to follow in her raunchy footsteps. While the extra cash is great, she said, the consequences are unbearable.

She also told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that she desperately misses being a teacher.
“A lot of people tell me that I should be happy, but I wouldn’t wish this past year on anybody,” Gaither told the Post-Dispatch. “I studied 12 years to become a teacher, and now that’s gone.
“Looking back, I wouldn’t recommend this. If I could go back, I would tell myself not to do it.”
Last autumn, St. Clair High School was dealing with a bombshell. Gaither became the second teacher at the school put on leave for having a part-time career in porn.
The former English teacher and cheerleader coach’s life unravelled when a Mrs. Parker slipped a note under her classroom door claiming that they “knew her secret.”
Married, Gaither had been at the school for four years but found her $47,500 salary wasn’t enough. So she joined St. Clair colleague Brianna Coppage on the OnlyFans roster. OnlyFans chipped in $5,000 a month to the family finances.
“(I) hid very well behind an alias and no face pictures,” Gaither said, adding that she needed the extra money for Christmas. “Teaching (in the U.S.) does not financially support a person. It’s really hard to stretch those paychecks during the summer. That’s why I did it.”
When Coppage was outed, Gaither suspended her OnlyFans account leaving her 1,500 subscribers high and dry.
Still, the saucy rumours around school did not dissipate.
And then she appeared in a Coppage video raunch-o-ramma following a bash in their small town. She was wearing a mask and costume.
But snoops put two and two together when a photo emerged of Gaither wearing the same costume as the one in the sex tape.
“I was in like maybe four minutes of the entire thing, and I definitely did not think this would be the thing that would ruin my entire career,” Gaither added.

After losing her teacher job, Gaither reactivated her account and has returned to the world of mom-and-pop porn.
“My husband and I talked about this before I started OnlyFans, that there would be consequences if I was caught,” Gaither said.
“I know I made choices. But whoever turned me in, I have to ask: ‘Was that necessary? And what did I do to them to deserve this kind of treatment?'”
Today, Gaither is making $22,000 a month — more than $2 million since last October — and has purchased a 20-acre farm. Her student loans no longer hang over her head and she is studying for a doctoral degree so she can teach at college.
Her friend Coppage added: “Our lives are forever changed because of OnlyFans. It is unreal how quickly people seem to forget that I am a human being. I would never, ever call someone out based on how they look or how their body is shaped, but these people do.”
Both women agreed that before anyone jumps into OnlyFans cesspool of smut, they should think long and hard.
“My advice is to really think about the consequences of this decision and to consider those consequences as your reality because it will happen to you just like it happened to me,” Gaither said.
