The 18-year-old, whose real name is Bacari-Bronze O’Garro, is responsible for staging terrifying pranks on unsuspecting people and posting videos of the acts on social media, much to the delight of his fans.
Some of the more unsavoury pranks the troublemaker has pulled include snatching an elderly woman’s dog, ripping up library books, and approaching women and asking them if they “want to die.”
A large orthodox Jewish community also has been targeted by Mizzy’s menacing. In one video, he laid hands on a man at a bus stop to try to leapfrog over him, and in another, he wore a traditional hat saying, “Guys, I’m a f***ing Jew,” while cycling.
But it was his walking into a family’s home that sparked outrage, with many demanding he be punished for his actions.

Earlier this week, Mizzy appeared in court and admitted to one count of failing to comply with a community protection notice that was issued more than a year ago.
The judge issued a two-year criminal behaviour order and rule Mizzy can’t directly or indirectly post videos on social media without documented consent of people featured in the content, nor can he trespass on private property.
Mizzy was also ordered to pay a 200-pound ($336) fine as well as a victim surcharge and costs of 165 pounds ($278).

However, he created a new TikTok account shortly after his court appearance in which he appeared to taunt the police.
“Hello world, I’m back and I’m taking over this, yeah,” Mizzy said in the video. “The feds thought they can have me, but where am I? We outside every time.”

Neighbours of O’Garro have described how the prankster has made their lives “hell,” with many too afraid to leave their homes.
The locals are demanding he be punished more severely and locked up or banned from the neighbourhood.
On Friday they appeared to get their wish as video showed him being detained by a plainclothes officer on the roof of a building in southeast London.
Mizzy seemed a little stunned as he was taken away in handcuffs.
“On Friday, 26 May, officers arrested an 18-year-old man on suspicion of breach of a criminal behaviour order,” Metropolitan Police said in a statement.
“He has been taken into custody. Enquiries are ongoing.”
