And there’s probably something wrong with the 13-year-old Filipino boy’s mother Lilybeth as well.
Video has emerged of the woman hand-feeding her son because he refused to curtail a 48-hour gaming binge.
According to mom, the boy now spends days on end playing Rules of Survival at an internet cafe near their home.
“My poor child… Here, eat now,” she tells on the video. “You have so much money, it might take till tomorrow for you to get home. Are you still needing to pee? My goodness, just feel sorry for my child. You are so irritating.”
Carlito almost totally ignores mom. She said the family tried tough love but it didn’t work and now her son doesn’t go to school.

BIG GUY LOVES LITTLE DOGS
Bodybuilder Bobby Humphreys always envisioned his ideal dog as big and macho, much like himself.
He didn’t like small dogs, made fun of pals who had them, and leaned towards Rottweilers.
But doggone it, Humphreys started barking up a different tree and now shares his Maryland home with 37 Chihuahuas.
Bobby Humphreys was a big dog type of guy until he became depressed and discovered the joy of chihuahuas. INSTAGRAM
The fitness buff fell in love with Lady. The tiny chihuahua not only got him through the darkest period of his life, but turned him into a small dog lover.
“All guys have egos and it’s a big d**k measuring contest. Who can have the prettiest girl? Who can have the biggest house? Who can have the best car? Who can have the toughest-looking dog? We’re all insecure at heart,” Humphreys told The Dodo.
But then in 2016, his wife filed for divorce, he needed surgery and began drinking, leading him into a deep funk. A friend asked him to take care of Lady.

“I started to see a pattern,” Humphreys told The Dodo. “So many of these little beautiful babies are being abused or taken advantage of and I just couldn’t sit by and watch it happen.”
He eventually founded Big Guy, Little World Sanctuary.
“The feeling of love that these dogs give me, after what some of them had been through, made me say, ‘Well, now I’m responsible for them,’” he said. “They trust me and they look in my eyes and tell me that they love me so much.”
