According to the Daily Star, London-based Porn Pedallers Cycling Club group was shocked to learn its membership with the British Cycling Association has been torpedoed — a move that came after the BCA discovered what the PPCC’s acronym stood for.
“We’re just a cycling club, riding for fun and raising money for the Terrence Higgins Trust (an HIV charity),” the club said in a statement. “Cycling is for everyone, except people like us.”
But the knobs and snobs say cycling clubs can’t be connected to “pornographic product” and fretted the PPCC might harm their image.
One fan called the cycling body “a bunch of wankers.”
BLADE RUNNER
A Turkish soccer player has been accused of using a concealed sharp-edged weapon to slash players from opposing teams.
Mansur Calar, 33, a member of the Amedspor squad allegedly carved up rival players in a game with Sakaryaspor.
Injured players took to social media to reveal their cuts. Now, they want Calar punished.
The player and his team have denied any wrongdoing (HAR! HAR! HAR!), but video replay shows that he’s up to something.
Evidence? He appears to conceal a small object in his left hand and then slashes the opposing players.
“The player continued to behave inadequately during the game, actively using the blade. The blade was held in the palm of his hand, hidden between his fingers,” Sakaryaspor said in a statement.

GIANT KILLER HORNETS!
A new species of killer hornet discovered on the Chinese-Myanmar border is the largest species ever found.
The Hornets have a body length measuring up to 6 cm and a wingspan of 9.35 cm. According to researchers, the hornets aggressively kill honey bees and other insects that pollinate.
Experts fear the bees may spread wreaking havoc.
“The non-native Asian or yellow-legged hornet is an invasive species in Britain as their spread could negatively affect the wildlife already living here,” Dr. Gavin Broad, a wasp expert at the Natural History Museum, told the Daily Mail.
“The issue is that they eat honeybees. They are specialized honeybee predators and beekeepers are concerned.”
The Asian giant hornet is native to forests and mountains in temperate and tropical areas of East Asia.
