VOTE FOR CHANGE
I’m an Albertan voting for change, not just for myself but for my children and grandchildren. I feel like this vote is for the soul of our nation. I see the collapse of the middle class, especially when I vacation in B.C. Or as I choose to avoid downtown Edmonton because the sight of the homeless and their encampments breaks my heart. I see the rise of community members like myself who never needed to use the food bank but regularly contribute so our neighbourhood children have what they need. And as I age and pinch pennies, I fear for what the health-care system can do for me as well as my children and grandchildren when federal transfer payments remain frozen and our tax dollars go to service interest on not just this year’s federal deficit, but the accumulated debt of the last 10 years. Trump isn’t our enemy as much as the failed policies of the last decade that has kept our resources landlocked and sold well below their value, or the addiction crisis that has ballooned over the same period.

(You’ve assessed the state of affairs accurately. Failed policies from the Liberal have their toll for a decade, it’s time for a change)
POLITICAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED
The prime minister’s job is a political job. We need a seasoned politician to fill that position. Tariffs will go away in three months. Look at the history of tariffs, 1930’s, and the Nixon years. Today, they are hurting the United States as much as Canada. President Donald Trump is just using other countries’ money to pay down the U.S. debt. We need someone who will fix the crime, the immigration and the housing. When tariffs are history, we will need someone who can negotiate for more than just bank fees.

(The answer is not to give Carney and the Liberals another term to continue Canada down a ruinous path)
