CLOCKING IN

A job is only worth the value it brings to the organization in a competitive market, not one penny more. Government constantly capitulates to public sector unions and raises taxes. No accountability. In the real world, with the private sector that creates the wealth we covet and pays for everything, you deal with rising costs, relocate or perish. That is why we see rust belts.

BID ADIEU

What a ridiculous mess. The current process is a disaster. Sure, Mark Carney will leave the room when a vote is held, which will only act as a signal for the other members to award the contract to ‘Carney’s company.’ There is only one solution — the 100-plus companies on the list should be banned from bidding on government contracts. Oh, and Mark, look inside yourself before you tell us another lie.

STATUS UPDATE

Well, the veneer is quickly peeling. The inbox is stuffed with overdue bills while we wait for governments to end their seemingly never-ending vacations and give us a real-time, truthful, fiscal report on the state of our nation/province. How deep is our deficit, and when you add that onto our debt, what’s that staggering number? How are the promised millions of homes coming along (about the same as planting billions of trees)? What’s the true jobless number? What’s our future? Who’s on first? Harvest time now, to reap what Justin Trudeau and his Laurentian elite have sown on barren ground. The twisted irony is that, other than cutting one snake off our Medusa, we continue to worship at the altar of Liberal socialism, to our downfall.
