FAIR IS FAIR Now that Trudeau is not interested in getting my money back from the thieves who took CERB or COVID money or whatever else was given out, I can look forward to not paying my taxes next year. It seems only fair. Oh, I forgot! In this country, the working class is expected to give money to those who do not deserve it. My bad.

(Yes, if you’re law abiding you get punished. Trudeau needs to go)
PAY YOUR OWN BILL Justin Trudeau loves patting himself on the back as ‘always looking out for Canadians.’ But while bragging about his ‘grocery rebates’ of a measly couple hundred dollars to families to help with their food expenses, he steals an extra $1,000 or more from those same families through increased carbon taxes that raise the price of everything they need to live. He in effect, is stealing from the poor to give back even less to the poor. Meanwhile, I’m sure Trudeau is paid quite handsomely as prime minister, yet the taxpayer is dinged $1,000 a week (that’s $52,000 a year, folks) for groceries for his family. Hell, he’s well paid and living in a free house (two-three, in fact) and should be paying his own grocery tab. But we know that in actuality Trudeau is always looking out for himself.

IT WILL BE A FAILURE Re “Stellantis plant deal recharged” (The Canadian Press, July 6): So, the federal and Ontario governments bribe companies with billions of taxpayer dollars in order to have them build plants making technology that’s way worse than using fossil fuels, then the Government of Ontario takes out an ad in the Sun claiming how great it is? Who in the hell is going to pay off the debt for this failure in investment? It sure as hell isn’t the politicians or their sycophants who are pushing this moronic technology when the rest of the world is laughing at us.
