A message for Liberals: You blamed every drought, wildfire, flood, and hurricane on human-made climate change. You stood in the House of Commons and repeatedly defended the carbon tax, saying it was absolutely necessary to save the planet, and stated that the carbon rebate made most Canadians better off. You called the Conservatives climate deniers for opposing the carbon tax. Your PM Mark Carney has now cancelled the carbon tax for consumers. What say you now?
(They say nothing other than how wonderful they are. It’s a farce)
I GIVE UP
Other than the polls, we have no say regarding our country’s policies, or how we deal with our allies and enemies. Many of us read hours of material published daily and we understand issues, economics, and struggles that are happening in the world. Now we have a leader we did not elect, policies we may not agree with, an aggressive neighbour we have to go to economic war with, with no say in how we do that. I give up. I cannot continue to care.

CHALLENGING TIMES
Trump is a businessman and not a politician. He is 78 and should be retired and living off his company pension, not sitting in the White House and causing problems for the public and getting paid by the taxpayers. Even some of the people who voted for him now do not have jobs. He sees “Trump” on the map and not “U.S.A.” He wants to be the world’s policeman and dictator. How he got into the White House with a police record nobody can figure out. It is a shame Kamala Harris did not win as we could have things like they were before. Four more years of Trump is going to be challenge for everyone.
