ECONOMIC WOES
Under the last nine years of the Trudeau Liberals, Canada’s economic ‘big wheel of industry’ has slowed to a slow spin everywhere in the country, especially in the oil/gas industry which has been in idle mode just to keep things warm. It’s a sad state of affairs that when the Liberal government crows about new jobs created, a large percentage of that is workers they have hired on to the taxpayer dole in primarily one province/city. There is an oncoming energy boom in the already healthy U.S. (compared to Canadian) oil/gas industry now that Trump is headed for office. The U.S. stock markets soared on news of his election win as the Canadian dollar reached a new low. Canadians are ready for a real change in government policy now too and it can’t come soon enough. Unfortunately after that happens, all of the country’s ills cannot be repaired overnight. It will take time to get that economic big wheel spinning up to speed again and for some Canadians it may be too late. They are currently worried about how much more damage the Liberal government can cause in their remaining months. Like a tenant expecting to be evicted, they can do a lot of vandalism on their way out.

(That is a serious concern — how much more damage will the Trudeau Liberals do to our economy with the help of the NDP who continues to prop them up)

CRADLE TO GRAVE
The reason that the overwhelming majority of Canadians can’t seem to comprehend why the American people would re-elect Donald Trump is because Canadians don’t have a spirit of freedom within their hearts. Canadians unfortunately have a mindset where they believe that the government should take care of them from cradle to the grave, and don’t seem to understand that a government big enough to give you everything you want is a government big enough to take from you everything you have.

(If anything Canadians were envious of the US having an election where as we sit in suspended animation by one man — NDP leader Jagmeet Singh — so he can fully vest his pension in 2025)
