I will get right to the point. After eight years of socialism, we have environmental taxes, carbon taxes, fuel taxes, taxes on taxes and a never-ending list of new taxes. Wages are stagnant, inflation is rampant, homelessness is commonplace, companies are letting employees go or cutting hours, housing shortages dictate the market and rental costs, and food prices are through the roof. And this is only domestically, not including the mess outside our borders. This is the Trudeau business plan. The pandemic is long gone — why has the government’s spending and borrowing not decreased. This is a classic example of failed socialism and not being able to spend yourself rich. If your life has improved in the past eight years, raise your hand. The only hands you will see are federal civil servants and politicians, who now get to play an annual April Fools’ Day joke on us with their under-the-radar pay increases. Thanks, Junior, and goodbye and good riddance to you.

CANNOT FIGHT OPPRESSION WITH VIOLENCE
As a non-Jewish Canadian, it disturbs me to see all these Palestinian protests occurring in our communities. Israel is at war with Hamas, an Islamic terrorist organization which promotes suicide bombings, kidnapping and assassination of civilians and also shields itself behind the civilian population. The horrific collateral damage in Gaza is the result of Hamas ideology written in their charter. You cannot fight Palestinian oppression with violence!

SCHOOL SMARTS
Education is a key component in childhood development. It can offer a safe place to provide nutritious meals, inform children on their health rights, while providing essential vaccinations and creating an opportunity for children to feel connected, protected and heard in times of crisis. Being informed of their rights can often allow these children to receive the aid and help they need, often leading to a better outcome. Education in children is one of the key ways to reduce poverty. We need to remember that.
